What we collect

• Inquiry and quote forms. When you request a quote or register at a wedding show, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event date, venue and the details you share about your event.
• Mailing list. If you join our list, we store your name, email and phone number with our email provider, Mailchimp, so we can send occasional news and specials. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records basic technical information about visits (IP address, browser, page requested and time). We use it to keep the site secure, and it’s deleted on a regular rotation.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, prepare quotes, plan your order and, if you joined our list, send you updates. We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.

Spam protection and embedded content

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms. Some pages show photos from our Instagram account; viewing or clicking them may share information with Instagram (Meta).

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site, and our forms may set a cookie to prevent spam.
